Product Description
The Tangāli Dining Table is a classic solid wood dining table that is available in two standard sizes: a larger version with 260 cm width and a smaller version with 200 cm width, which can be used as eight and six seaters respectively.
The tabletop is composed of planks of wood that are joined together with precise tongue-and-groove joints. The ends of the tabletop slope gently downwards and have softly rounded edges to give them a sensual visual and tactile feel—a hallmark of INODA+SVEJE’s designs. The frame of the table and the legs have similar organic shapes.
The table is shipped flat-packed and can be easily assembled with minimal effort or skills.

We offer this product in a choice of two wood finishes: Natural Teak and Dark Stain.
The Natural Teak finish provides the clearest expressions of the timber’s character, while the Dark Stain finish—custom-developed by Phantom Hands—gives the wood a deeper, richer tone while preserving the clarity of the grain.
In both finishes, the waterborne stain is applied after hand-sanding with progressively finer grits of sandpaper. This is followed by a three-coat application of a compatibility-tested, food-grade hydro-oil as the top coat, mixed with a hardener for added robustness. The beeswax in the hydro-oil gives the table its characteristic silky finish, and provides durable, spill-resistant protection.
