Product Description

The x+l Trestle Table pays homage to the compass legs that were a signature style of French modernist design and subsequently came to be universally associated Chandigarh's utilitarian furniture.

The legs and cross bars of the x+l Trestle Table are made of solid teak and the table top is made with teak veneer on plywood. The Trestle Table is designed to be flat packed and easy to assemble without any screws or bolts.

We make the Trestle Table in two sizes - a smaller desk size version and a bigger version that can be used as a dining table, work table or meeting table.

We offer this product in a choice of Natural Teak or Dark Stain. For Natural Teak finish, the wood is sanded to smoothness and transparent wood polish and sealer are applied with a soft cloth to bring out the natural golden brown colour of teak. For Dark Stain, a coat of teak stain is hand applied to give the wood a darker, deeper shade.
