Product Description

The Tangāli Side Table was part of the second set of products designed by INODA+SVEJE for the Tangāli Collection, following the Bench and Day Bed that were prototyped in 2018. The Side Table is designed such that it can be placed side by side with the chairs of the Tangāli Modular Sofa Set. It can also be used as a standalone table. The glass top has a brownish tint and the shelf of woven cane underneath can be use to place books and magazines. The cane is woven in the signature style of the Tangāli Collection.

Product Options

We offer this product in a choice of two wood finishes: Natural Teak and Dark Stain.

For the Natural Teak finish, the wood is sanded and finished with hard wax oil to bring out the natural, golden-brown colour of the teak.

For the Dark Stain finish, a coat of water-based, teak stain is applied to give the wood a darker teak shade, followed by a coat of sealer.

The Tangāli cane weave pattern, specially developed by INODA+SVEJE for this collection, is a special weave with double strands of cane wrapped around the edges of the wooden frame of the products.
